The son of Deacon John & Damaris (Atwater) Punderson and grandson of my ancestors, DAVID & DAMARIS (SAYRE) ATWATER, he married Sarah Alling, daughter of my ancestor, SGT. SAMUEL & SARAH (CHEDSEY) ALLING on December 27, 1716 in New Haven Colony.
