20.  Henry Wilfred Norton (Jonathan Todd 7, Henry Sidney 6, Lot 5, Lot 4, Thomas 3, John 2, John 1) born Dec. 25, 1855, Hackensack, N.J., educated in German Institute of Brooklyn.  He became proficient in that language, studied medicine and graduated from the College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City, was resident physician at the German Hospital in Philadelphia for one year, and returning to Brooklyn practiced his profession with success, until, finding his nervous system seriously affected by the care and responsibility, he turned his attention to the law in which profession he spent the remainder of his life. He married Nov 11, 1880, Anna Chedsey of Guilford, Conn., born Jan. 12, 1855, daughter of Charles Phillips Chedsey and Sarah Squires his wife. He died Nov. 20, 1898
